1、Logistics Time
Collection time (within 1 month) + transportation time (about 1-3 weeks, depending on your receiving address and transportation mode, the speed of logistics may be affected by epidemic prevention policy)
Most orders leave our warehouse within 3 days. Orders placed on Friday, on the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the first available business day.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you to arrange a backorder or a full refund.
2、Shipping
Peropero Store are currently supports ship to the United States, Japan, South Korea, Canada, UK, Singapore, Mexico, Malaysia, Spain, Australia, Germany.
Shipping is charged by weight ladder, and if less than 100g, it is calculated according to 100g. The specific shipping depends on the weight of goods you order, the receiving address and the transportation mode you choose.

3、Package Track
Our logistics solution supports the whole process tracking of packages. We will send the logistics order number to your email after delivery so that you can track the information.
4、Receiving Address
Please fill in the correct delivery address. If you've provided an incorrect address that resulted in your package being lost or returned to me you will have cover the shipping fee if you're requesting a resend, peroperopero store will not refund the order.
